As a mobile tap, our whole job is to provide perfectly chilled tapped beverages through a one-of-a-kind experience at any event you can dream of. Wine for a birthday party? Check. Beer at a bike race? Check. Cold Brew Coffee for an arts market? Check. If you drink it, we can bring it.
What is the Beerdrop?
The Beerdrop is a custom built mobile tap that is based off the design of a teardrop camper. Beerdrop Teardrop. Pretty clever, right?
With plenty of room for kegs and a fully refrigerated interior, your drinks will always be chilly. Alongside the taps, the rear opens up for counter space to debut art, decorations, photos, lights, or room for more drinks. The Beerdrop also comes with a built-in cooler so you have the opportunity to serve your favorite drinks that come in a can. Fully mobile, fully refrigerated, and fully ready for your next event.
What can we put on tap?
Anything that can be found or put in a keg. Beer, seltzer, wine, kombucha, cold brew coffee, soda - you name it. Have a cocktail in mind? Purchase the ingredients and we can create a batch version to put in a keg. Despite the name, we are not limited to beer or alcoholic beverages.
How much does it cost and what's included?
The Beerdrop rate includes setup, take down, drink-ware, and service of at least one bartender. Also included is the coordinating of the pickup and drop off of all kegs. The only task required of you is to select and purchase your drinks - we take everything from there! After you've placed your purchase, you can relax and get excited for your event. Your total cost will depend on how long your event is and how many drinks you would like to purchase.
How do we get alcohol?
With our help and consultation, you will purchase drinks through a local provider. We will pick everything up, store the beverages, travel to you, and have them ready in the fully refrigerated Beerdrop. Afterwards, we will return the kegs and clean all necessary equipment. So, what do you have to do? Nothing but enjoy a chilly beverage.
Do you travel?
We offer service in the Northwest Arkansas area - Bentonville, Bella Vista, Rogers, Springdale, Fayetteville, and surrounding areas. We will travel anywhere outside of this radius for an additional $50/hr of driving time.
How big is the Beerdrop? Do you require electricity?
The Beerdrop is 5 feet wide, 11.5 feet long, and 6 feet tall. It's small enough to be able to fit nearly anywhere you can imagine. Because it is fully refrigerated, we do require access to electricity. We provide all necessary extension cords and only need access to a plug.
